1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 88fa platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

• An account may not be created in someone else's name or on behalf of another person.

2.2 Identity Verification

3 Age and Eligibility

Gaming and betting services on 88fa are available only to persons aged 21 or above. If anyone below this age creates an account or uses the services, their account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. Access may be restricted from certain countries or regions. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

3.2 One Account Policy

Only one account may be operated per person, per household, per device or per IP address. Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in strict action.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing, disclosing or transferring this information to any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Account Protection Responsibilities

4.2 Limitation of Liability

88fa will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's own negligence. However, if sufficient evidence of a security breach is provided, 88fa will investigate and take the necessary action.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88fa are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Specific rules must be followed for deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposit funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be declined and returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (to major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Users must complete identity verification before withdrawing.
• It is preferred that withdrawal requests are made using the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Financial Fraud Prevention

If any transaction is suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or deception, 88fa may immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

88fa offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are subject to specific conditions. A bonus is never a substitute for cash — it is a benefit that becomes withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• A bonus may only be used on the games or betting categories specified for that promotion, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from an account to a third party.
• 88fa reserves the right to cancel a bonus if any bonus policy is violated.

6.3 VIP Program

88fa's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week; Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week. Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. You can move up to a higher tier by playing regularly.

7 Betting Rules

Specific betting rules apply to sports betting, casino games and live dealer games on 88fa.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Bets placed before a match starts are valid. Bets placed during live betting will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet on that match will be void and the stake will be returned.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed are final.
• 88fa reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

7.2 Casino Games

• Each game's own rules apply.
• In most games, if the connection is lost, a bet already placed remains active and the round completes automatically.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 88fa will settle the matter based on the game log.

7.3 Bet Cancellation Policy

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, 88fa may at its own discretion cancel or amend a bet in specific circumstances.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fa platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using bots, automation software or any artificial means to play games.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting to gain an advantage through cheating, fraud or other dishonest means.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Registering an account with false information.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Self-Exclusion

10 Account Closure and Suspension

88fa may suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

10.1 Rights of 88fa

• Closing accounts that violate the Terms.
• Forfeiting balances in cases of fraud or abuse.
• Changing game or betting rules without prior request.
• Service temporarily suspended due to technical reasons.

10.2 User Rights

A user may request account closure at any time through support. If all conditions are met, any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned.
